Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one homecare in Feeding Hills, MA. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling are available. We support both pediatric and adult patients and offer training and mentorship.

Positions include full-time, part-time, and per diem options with competitive pay and weekly pay. Prior home health experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN or LPN license required.
• Current Health Certificate per facility requirements.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Feeding Hills, MA area. We are currently hiring for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling options available.
