Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in patients' homes in the Brockton area. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with families and care teams to support health goals.

We offer competitive pay (LPN $39–$42/hr, RN $50–$54/hr), weekly direct deposit, flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing.
• Experience providing home nursing care preferred.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes

• Document care and communicate updates appropriately

Requirements

Required:

• Active RN or LPN license
• Current BLS certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
