Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one homecare for pediatric and adult patients in West Springfield, MA. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts with flexible scheduling are available, including full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Weekly pay and paid training are included. Experience in homecare is preferred but not required; Maxim provides training and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Provide skilled nursing care and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.
