Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN to join our day shift team. The RN/LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure resident safety and well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Shift is full-time days, 7:00am–7:00pm with rotating weekends. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time RN/LPN, reflecting our commitment to attracting skilled, patient-focused caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to physicians and team members.
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in line with facility policies and regulations.
• Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

The RN/LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Education & Licensure

Experience

• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
