PAM Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for our Baylor Program in a full-time capacity. The role requires working a Baylor shift schedule with weekend hours; you will be paid for a 40-hour week while working 36 weekend hours across 12-hour shifts.

You will provide nursing care under an RN on the unit, perform orders, gather data, and execute therapeutic procedures as part of a patient-centered care team. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN/LVN in the state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; BLS must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• Current IV Certification within 90 days if state regulations require it.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate nursing care as directed by an RN.
• Gather and report patient data and carry out orders.
• Perform therapeutic procedures appropriate to patient age and population.
