Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term, post-acute, or geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure safe discharge planning.
