Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes and satisfaction for patients and families.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, leadership, mentorship of LPNs/CNAs, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active, current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English for documentation and safety.
• Must fulfill health screenings including TST per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, nursing diagnoses, and care plan development.
• Delegate appropriate care to LPNs and CNAs per state practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attending physicians to manage care plans.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR.
