Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting in Kentucky. You will assess patients/residents, collaborate with the care team, and develop effective plans of care to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed as an RN
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure proper task execution.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
