Webster at Rye in Rye, NH, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Long-Term Care Community. This full-time role offers 6-2 or 2-10, Monday through Friday, with weekends off; per diem available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a state accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in New Hampshire.
• Progressive experience in the nursing field.
• Ability to assess, plan and supervise care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and administer nursing care.
• Maintain vital medical records and implement care plans.
• Advise patients on health maintenance and preventative services.
• Oversee nursing care across units and coordinate staffing.
• Administer medications as prescribed and report progress.
• Complete monthly summaries on residents and promote independence.
• Provide direct nursing care and execute doctor's orders.
