Qualifications

• Graduation from a state accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in New Hampshire.
• Progressive experience in the nursing field.
• Ability to supervise and teach other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and administer nursing care.
• Oversee nursing care of patients across units and assist with care coordination.
• Assign duties, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient care per staff abilities.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document treatments and observations.
• Complete monthly summaries on residents’ nursing and assisted living care.
• Promote care that maximizes patient independence and provide direct nursing care as needed.
