Webster at Rye in Rye, NH is seeking Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem LNA positions to join our caring nursing team on our Long-term Care Community. Shifts run 6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a, and Baylor Weekends, with a supportive, team‑oriented environment and opportunities to gain experience across units.

Qualifications

• Must have attended training as a nurse assistant in a formal course.
• Satisfactory NH LNA certification required.
• NH nursing license is required.
• Must be able to stand and move for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision as assigned.
• Serve meals and assist dining for residents.
• Provide fluids and nourishment for residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervising nurse.
• Perform duties taught by professionals following community policies.
• Carry out housekeeping tasks on the unit as needed.
• Maintain good relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Transport residents as required.
