Qualifications

• Must have attended formal nurse assistant training.
• Certification as NH LNA required.
• Licensed in New Hampshire.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision as assigned.
• Serve meals and assist residents in dining.
• Provide fluids and nourishment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervising nurse.
• Assist with duties beyond direct care per policy.
• Perform unit housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Support mobility and transport of residents as required.
• Attend required in-service programs on safety and body mechanics.
