Webster at Rye in New Hampshire is currently seeking a Part-Time or Per Diem LPN or RN for our Long-Term Care Community. You will join a caring team in a beautiful setting and provide nursing care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active nursing license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and address patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and administer nursing care.
• Maintain vital medical records and update care plans.
• Oversee nursing care across resident rooms, common areas, and dining spaces.
• Assign duties and coordinate patient care with nursing staff.
• Administer medications as prescribed and report progress.
• Promote resident independence and provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by DNS.
