Job summary

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to stand for long periods and lift 200+ lbs with assistance when necessary.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a registered nurse.
• Current RN license in the state you will be working.
• CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status and ongoing needs.
• Develops and communicates care plans through an interdisciplinary team.
• Documents assessments and interventions accurately and timely.
• Performs medication administration, treatments, and IV fluids safely and timely.
• Responds to changes in resident condition using SBARR communication.
