Bethesda Health is seeking an RN to accurately assess residents' health status at admission and throughout care, document plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in RN
• Current RN license in the state of work
• CPR/AED certification required or willing to obtain within six months of employment
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing basis.
• Documents assessments and develops dynamic care plans with IDT input.
• Communicates plans to residents, families, and IDT members.
• Updates care plans as needs change and documents regulatory requirements.
• Provides nursing interventions including medication administration, treatments, and IV fluids.
• Maintains safety, critical thinking, and timely crisis communications.
• Documents interventions accurately and completes required reporting.
• Assists with ADLs and call-light responses; participates in QAPI processes.
