Job summary

Bethesda Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess residents' health status on admission and regularly thereafter. You will develop dynamic care plans with an interdisciplinary team, document plans and interventions, and communicate pivotal changes to the IDT, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must have strong critical thinking and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status and develop/deliver care plans with IDT.
• Document care plans, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely.
• Communicate changes to physicians, residents, and families using SBARR.
• Provide nursing interventions including medication administration and IV care.
