Job summary

Bethesda Health Group seeks a Registered Nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and throughout their stay, developing dynamic care plans with an interdisciplinary team. You will document plans, coordinate interventions, and communicate with residents and families.

You'll execute nursing interventions, including medication administration and IV therapies, while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

RN license for the state you will be working
Education from an accredited school of nursing
CPR/AED certification required or within six months of employment
Long-term care experience preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to perform documentation electronically and in writing

Responsibilities

Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing
Develops care plans with IDT and monitors changes in condition
Documents care plans and nursing interventions
Performs medications administration, treatments, and IV fluid administrations safely
Communicates plans to residents, families, and IDT members
Responds to crises calmly using SBARR and maintains composure
