Job summary

Bethesda Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to accurately assess residents' health status on admission and throughout their stay. You will collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and other IDT members to develop dynamic care plans and ensure timely communication and documentation.

Responsibilities include implementing nursing interventions, administering medications, and monitoring care plan effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in your state.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and ongoing.
• Develop and revise care plans with IDT involvement.
• Document assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately.
• Communicate plans to residents, families, and IDT members.
• Perform nursing interventions including medications, treatments, and IVs safely.
