Job summary

Mission Health Communities is seeking an experienced RN to join as Learning & Leadership Partner to develop leaders, advance workforce readiness across skilled nursing communities, and strengthen clinical learning. This role focuses on facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and train-the-trainer strategies to build sustainable leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in learning and development or healthcare education.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to Mission Health communities as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional and community leaders to identify learning needs and leadership opportunities.
• Support leadership development, coaching, and career pathways across communities.
• Facilitate workshops and leadership development activities.
• Manage course administration, completion tracking, and reporting.
