Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator RN to lead clinical education and staff development in our long-term and post-acute care setting. In this resident-centered, faith-based, and mission-driven environment, you will design and deliver orientation, in-services, and competency-based training for nursing staff, promoting compassionate, high-quality, and compliant care.

You will support quality improvement, infection control, and regulatory readiness while coaching nurses

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience leading clinical education and staff development in long-term or post-acute care.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation, in-services, and competency training for nursing staff.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
• Coach nurses on best practices and evidence-based care.
