Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred per policy.
• CPR certification preferred; BLS/ACLS where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation of new hires and staff development.
• Mentor unit preceptors to foster a positive learning environment.
• Coordinate clinical and educational programs for staff, patients and community.
• Act as patient advocate and ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Develop and use diverse teaching methods for learning (lectures, demos, role-play).
• Maintain centralized educational tracking and documentation of competencies.
• Participate in performance improvement through education and practice findings.
• Collaborate with Manager for ongoing professional development and resource availability.
