Job summary

Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee high-quality resident care in a 102-bed facility. You will lead the care team, administer meds, and ensure safe, compassionate treatment while maintaining clinical excellence. Required: active SC RN license and CPR; continuing education and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

PCC experience preferred. We offer competitive pay ($36–$40/hr), up to $6/hr shift differential, loan repayment up to $10,000,

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered SC RN license.
Current CPR certification.
Ongoing continuing education requirements.
Maintain good standing with SC State Board of Nursing.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide and supervise direct patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
