Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in long-term, acute, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write nursing notes, reports, and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, respectful resident care.
• Deliver high-quality care according to standards of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders accurately.
• Complete admissions, pain evaluations, and required documentation.
• Coordinate care plans and advocate for residents' comfort and wellbeing.
