Job summary

Helia Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hands-on, resident-centered team. As an RN, you’ll lead LPNs and CNAs, ensure high standards of care, document changes, and advocate for residents’ comfort.

This role requires an Illinois RN license, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with physicians, families, and leadership. We value compassion, teamwork, and a proactive, teaching mindset.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Illinois RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to interact with leadership, residents, families, physicians, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide LPNs and CNAs with confidence and kindness.
• Administer medications and treatments according to standards.
• Complete admissions, pain evaluations, and required documentation.
• Observe, assess, and document changes in resident conditions.
• Advocate for residents to remain comfortable and pain-free.
