Qualifications

• A current, valid Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Education and/or experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide LPNs and CNAs to deliver safe, quality resident care.
• Observe, assess, document, and communicate changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Maintain and update care plans to support residents’ wellness and comfort.
• Direct CNAs to ensure care is performed safely and per policy.
