Job summary
Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and deliver high-quality nursing care for residents in a 102-bed skilled nursing facility. You will supervise the care team, ensure safe and compassionate treatment, and play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required).
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must maintain continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Compassion for an underserved population.
Responsibilities
- Provide and supervise direct patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
