Job summary
Fleetwood Post Acute in Easley, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care. You will serve as the on-site leader supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.
This part-time role requires an Active SC RN license, with a weekend-only schedule (Saturday and Sunday) and a competitive pay range of $36-$40/hour.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
- Long-term care and rehab experience required.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
- Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
- Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
- Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
