Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to manage and supervise resident care in compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights. You will assess health status, develop detailed care plans, and lead LPNs/CNAs to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes safety, data-driven care, and adherence to QAPI standards, with opportunities for professional growth within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in CPR
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization or full unrestricted license to practice nursing in Minnesota, or NCLEX-RN exam passage

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
• Maintain medical records and administer nursing care to patients
• Oversee nursing staff and coordinate with CNAs and other team members
• Ensure safety and integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care
