Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a skilled RN to lead and supervise resident care, ensuring high-quality nursing services and adherence to Minnesota BON standards. You will develop comprehensive care plans and oversee nursing staff to promote safety and well-being for residents.

Responsibilities include assessments, care plan implementation, and accurate medical record keeping, with a focus on continuous improvement in patient outcomes and compliance with QAPI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care.
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent licensure pathway (or NCLEX-RN exam).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain and update medical records and plans of care.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent or disabled patients.
• Oversee CNAs and nursing staff, clarify expectations, and ensure resident safety.
• Use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
