Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking an RN to oversee resident care, assess health status, and develop a comprehensive Plan of Care that respects resident rights and adheres to QAPI standards.

You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, ensure safety, maintain records, and apply evidence-based practice to improve outcomes. Current MN RN license and CPR required; CGFNS or NCLEX path acceptable.

Qualifications

• Completion of a MN Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification.
• CGFNS certificate or equivalent credentialing organization, or full unrestricted nursing license in Minnesota, or passage of the NCLEX-RN exam.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and develop care plans.
• Oversee RNs, LPNs, CNAs and nursing staff and ensure safety.
• Administer nursing care to ill or disabled patients.
• Use data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain medical records and Plan of Care documentation.
