Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage and supervise resident care in Minnesota facilities. You will conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and oversee nursing interventions while ensuring safety, HIPAA, and QAPI compliance.

You will provide direct services including IV therapy and PICC care, supervise staff, document thoroughly, and participate in emergency procedures to promote residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Minnesota Board of Nursing approved nursing program.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care credentials.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care in accordance with standards.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC care.
• Document accurately and supervise nursing staff; ensure proper staffing.
