Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an RN to manage and supervise resident care in a Minnesota setting, aligned with BON standards and residents’ rights. You will assess health needs, design plans of care, and oversee nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven care, and adherence to QAPI programs while maintaining comprehensive medical records and collaboration with CNAs and physicians.

Qualifications

• RN education program approved by Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent.
• Current Minnesota RN registration/licensure.
• CPR certification and emergency care.
• CGFNS or full unrestricted nursing license to practice in MN, or pass NCLEX-RN.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement care plans.
• Oversee nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs), clarify expectations, ensure safety.
• Maintain medical records and assess health data; use evidence to improve outcomes.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Uphold safety and integrate best practices into daily nursing care.
