Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a RN to manage and supervise resident care in compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights. The RN will establish baseline health status, create Plans of Care, and oversee nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, maintaining medical records, and using data to improve outcomes under QAPI guidelines.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing or equivalent foreign degree.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR and emergency care certification required.
• CGFNS certificate or full unrestricted license, or NCLEX-RN exam passage.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement care plans; maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Lead data-driven improvements to patient outcomes following QAPI and BON standards.
