Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking an experienced RN to manage and supervise resident care, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and the Residents’ Bill of Rights.

You will lead RNs, CNAs and LPNs, develop and implement detailed Plans of Care, assess health needs, maintain medical records, and promote safety and best practices through data-driven care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans
• Supervise RNs, CNAs and nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation compliance
• Ensure safety, identify and correct issues, and apply evidence-based nursing practices
