Meadowbrook Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in the administration and oversight of nursing services, ensuring compliant, high-quality resident care. The role involves clinical leadership, staff development, and coordination across departments to promote compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, nursing practices, infection control, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resident care plans with physicians, staff, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct competency evaluations.
• Ensure adequate RN coverage and regulatory compliance for the facility.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
• Assist in survey readiness and staff education on standards of care.
• Support daily operations and nursing services across departments.
