Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ADON will mentor staff, develop policies, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain HIPAA standards while focusing on resident well-being and quality of care.

Responsibilities include leadership, MDS and care plans oversight, Medicare knowledge, and maintaining a strong focus on total quality management to

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Unencumbered RN license in state of practice with previous DON/ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience; knowledge of Medicare Part A & B.
• Experience with behavior management residents; CNA/CMT instructor certification
• Excellent regulatory compliance record and commitment to Total Quality Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department operations, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain resident rights and confidentiality.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment.
