Job summary

Medix is seeking an experienced RN Lead, Telemetry Operations to bridge clinical operations and health‑tech innovation in Saint Paul, MN. You will champion safe, reliable clinical workflows, guide product evaluations, and ensure readiness across onboarding and system changes, while leading staff and maintaining high service quality.

You'll collaborate with Product Management, Technical Operations, Quality, Customer Success, and Training to optimize telemetry performance and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing diploma or ADN from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license under NLC; maintain licensure.
• Clinical Experience: 5+ years in adult acute-care (ICU/CCU/PCU/ED/Telemetry or equivalent).
• Leadership Track Record: Experience as Charge Nurse, Preceptor, Educator, or similar.
• Cardiac Acumen: 12‑lead ECG interpretation, arrhythmia recognition, hemodynamics.
• Systems & Workflow Knowledge: Experience with clinical workflows and health tech platforms.
• Communication & Synthesis: Ability to translate clinical data into technical requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with EMR/EHR; HIPAA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Operations & Workflow Leadership: build and refine technology-enabled workflows, SOPs, and readiness standards.
• Physiologic & Rhythm Interpretation: monitor and interpret telemetry data per approved protocols.
• Service Continuity & Risk Mitigation: identify risks and ensure uninterrupted service with contingency plans.
• Telemetry SME: act as clinical expert on telemetry, data analysis, alarm management, and platform use.
• Staff Development & Quality: train staff, assess competency, and conduct chart audits.
• Regulatory Compliance: stay current with cardiac telemetry standards and healthcare regulations.
• Customer Onboarding & Implementation: support clinical onboarding and adoption post go-live.
• Product Feedback & Requirements: translate observations into use cases and requirements.
• Design & Usability: participate in reviews, risk assessments, testing, and change readiness.
• Cross-Functional Support: assist with investigations, RCA, and pre-sales clinical demos.
