Job summary

Murata Viosis in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Clinical Operations and Applications Manager to lead clinical operations and technology-enabled workflows. The role bridges clinical practice with product and workflow evaluations, implementation readiness, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 5+ years in acute-care nursing, and experience in leading clinical workflows, with EMR familiarity and strong communication skills. Some on-call and travel responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted multistate Registered Nurse license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
• 5+ years of adult nursing in ICU/CCU or related acute-care settings.
• Experience as a charge nurse, preceptor, nurse educator, or clinical lead.
• Advanced knowledge of cardiac anatomy, ECG interpretation, arrhythmia recognition, hemodynamics.
• Experience implementing or improving clinical workflows and patient-safety processes.
• Ability to explain complex clinical concepts to clinical and nonclinical audiences.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve technology-enabled clinical workflows, escalation protocols, and quality metrics.
• Interpret cardiac telemetry data and provide clinical/operational leadership.
• Coordinate clinical operations priorities and risk management for service continuity.
• Train, mentor, and coach clinical ops personnel and assess competency.
• Conduct clinical quality reviews and incident follow-ups; drive remediation actions.
• Lead customer workflow assessments, onboarding, and post-implementation reviews.
• Serve as clinical subject-matter expert for cardiology telemetry and Murata Vios solution.
