Job summary

Murata Vios is seeking a Clinical Operations and Applications Manager (RN) to lead clinical operations, ensure patient safety, and support product readiness. This role requires ICU/CCU experience, strong telemetry knowledge, and proficiency with EMR systems.

You will train staff, establish escalation protocols, and collaborate with product, quality, and support teams to drive workflow improvements and compliant care delivery.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or ADN from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted multistate RN license and ability to obtain state licenses.
• 5+ years of adult nursing in ICU/CCU or similar.
• Experience as clinical lead or educator with coaching/competency assessment.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, rhythms, and escalation needs.
• Experience improving clinical workflows and patient-safety processes.
• Ability to translate clinical observations into use cases and requirements.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, HIPAA, and standard documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and continuously improve technology-enabled clinical workflows and competency programs.
• Lead interpretation of cardiac telemetry data within clinical protocols and provide operational leadership.
• Coordinate clinical operations priorities, identify risks, and support continuity through planning.
• Train, mentor, and coach clinical operations personnel; manage competency assessments.
• Conduct or support clinical quality reviews, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Lead customer workflow assessments, onboarding readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Serve as clinical SME for telemetry, data interpretation, and escalation practices.
• Translate feedback into use cases, test scenarios, and improvement recommendations; participate in design reviews and usability evaluations.
