Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Fridley, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise resident care and ensure compliance with Minnesota BON standards. The RN develops care plans, conducts assessments, and collaborates with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to promote safe, high-quality outcomes for every resident.

You will lead care delivery, document health records, and use data to improve patient outcomes while upholding residents’ rights in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN must hold an accredited nursing degree and Minnesota licensure.
• CPR certification required and CGFNS/NCLEX-RN credentials acceptable.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident care to meet Minnesota BON standards.
• Supervise RNs, CNAs and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of care.
