The RN oversees resident care to ensure the highest quality according to Minnesota BON standards and the Resident Bill of Rights. They lead nursing staff and develop Service Plans based on comprehensive assessments to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care to meet Minnesota BON standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create Service Plans.
• Oversee RAs and nursing staff, clarify expectations, ensure safety.
• Support the highest practicable well-being of each resident.
