Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Cincinnati seeks a Nursing Leader to oversee the day-to-day Home Therapies program, coordinating with unit management and in-center staff to ensure safe, quality patient care. You will train and schedule home dialysis delivery, direct staff in home therapy operations, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

RN license with current state licensure.
CPR certification.
Minimum of one year dialysis experience with three months peritoneal experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Completion of a training course in dialysis therapies.
Demonstrated leadership in communication, customer service, performance management and continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day program operations for Home Therapies and supports growth of the site.
Provides training, scheduling and supervision of home dialysis delivery.
Ensures quality patient care in line with policies, procedures and training.
Maintains regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Directs patient and caregiver education and readiness for home therapies.
Manages staffing and resources to meet budgets and KPIs.
