Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience plus at least 6 months dialysis nursing experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, customer service and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the operations of Home Therapies programs with responsibility for growth, patient retention, costs and staffing.
• Leads the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality home dialysis care and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with regional management and clinical teams to promote program growth and alignment with company goals.
• Manages program profitability, budgets, KPIs and operational effectiveness; directs staff performance and development.
• Oversees staff competency, licensing, CPR certifications and training; ensures safety and regulatory compliance.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to coordinate across facilities and regional meetings.
