Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Huber Heights, OH seeks a Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to lead Home Therapies programs. You will supervise an interdisciplinary team, drive growth, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality patient care for ESRD patients across home dialyzation settings.

You will coordinate training for patients and caregivers, monitor KPIs, and partner with operations to achieve program goals. Travel up to 25% within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience plus six months dialysis nursing experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• CPR certification required; travel is a consideration.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of Home Therapies programs including growth, patient retention, costs, scheduling, and staffing.
• Directs activities to align with regional and company goals; oversees quality and regulatory compliance.
• Hires, coaches, and evaluates Home Therapies staff; provides leadership and development.
• Coordinates training of staff and patients for home dialysis therapy; ensures patient and caregiver readiness.
• Travel up to 25% between facilities within the region.
