Qualifications

• Minimum one year nursing experience with ESRD/dialysis context.
• At least six months dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and continuous quality improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple Home Therapies programs, including growth, patient retention, and budgeting.
• Align programs with regional and division goals; implement quality improvement plans.
• Collaborate with operations, market development, education, and QA teams to drive home therapies growth.
• Manage P&L and ensure program operations meet budgets and KPI targets.
• Direct patient care oversight from admission to discharge and support staff training and safety.
