Job summary

St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center in Idaho is seeking an Emergency Department Lead RN on a 0.6 FTE midshift (1300–0130) to guide the ED team with a focus on behavioral health care.

You will mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety and psychopharmacology, participate in chart audits for restraint documentation, and benefit from continuing education scholarships and access to a newly built ED with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's of Nursing Degree required.
  • 3 years RN experience; Emergency and Behavioral Health nursing experience highly preferred.
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification required.

What you can expect from this role

  • Work as Team Lead ED RN, but expertise in Behavioral Health

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 3 years' RN experience; Emergency and Behavioral Health nursing experience highly preferred
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
