Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Nampa, ID seeks an Emergency Department Lead RN (Behavioral Health) for a part-time midshift role. You will lead the ED team, mentor RNs in de‑escalation techniques and safety protocols, and participate in chart audits related to restraints in a modern ED setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience; emergency and behavioral health experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ED RN with expertise in behavioral health and patient safety.
• Teach and mentor RNs in de-escalation, restraints, and psychopharmacology.
• Possibly perform chart audits for restraint documentation.
• Respond to patient needs in a recently built ED with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
