St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care, triage, assessments, referrals, and care coordination.
You will administer medications and support medical assistants while collaborating with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RN will provide essential support in clinical triage, referrals, crisis management, patient assessments, and care coordination. This position will also involve administering medications, supporting medical assistants, and participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Care Coordination will play a key role in this position, as the RN will collaborate closely with community partners to help connect patients with resources beyond what St. Luke’s provides. This is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting patients both within and outside the healthcare system.
Monday - Thursday, 7a-5p & Friday, 8a-12p. No weekends/holidays!
