Resolute Baptist Hospital in Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in lactation to educate and counsel prospective and current patients within inpatient and outpatient settings. You will support breastfeeding mothers, mentor staff, and continually refine our breastfeeding education program to align with national standards.

Responsibilities include supervising instructors, completing required competencies, and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Active Texas RN license.
• AHA/ARC Basic Life Support required with 60 days to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide breastfeeding education and consultation in inpatient/outpatient settings.
• Mentor instructors and staff involved in lactation education.
• Monitor and revise breastfeeding education programs to meet national standards.
• Complete required competencies within the introductory period.
