Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the night shift team. You will assess patients, interpret diagnostics, and implement care plans within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care on a 60-acre health campus project.
Eligible clinicians may advance through the Clinical Ladder, with salary adjustments based on experience and advancement criteria. Benefits start day one, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 403-B retirement plan.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing required or higher.
- Current RN license and BLS certification required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess and interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
- Make decisions and implement interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
- Prioritize and complete follow-up assessments and adjust plans of care as needed.
- Document and monitor patient status, including psychosocial and spiritual factors.
